I was a little hesitant I was initially hesitant to spend $40 on what is essentially a paperweight, but after receiving it, I’m glad I did. The handle design makes it easy to lift and move with just two fingers, and it looks great just sitting on my workbench.
Now, onto the customer service—this company truly stands behind their product. The first weight I received was the wrong one, so I reached out to customer service, and they quickly sent the correct one. Unfortunately, the second one arrived damaged, but after another email, Henry made it right by sending a replacement. Their customer service is top-notch!
As for the weight itself—if you’re on the fence, just go for it. You won’t regret it!
